Xylocaine for draining breast cyst

I have today had a cyst drained at the breast clinic

tbey asked me if I was on blood thinners which I am not

when I went to the loo back home I had anal bleeding

i have had this bleeding previously several months ago and the doctor thought a fissure which I thought was healed

could xylocaine have caused this and should I be worried?

Hello Plb,
The best thing to do perhaps would be to contact your GP and mention that you had this anal bleeding and whether this might be related to the xylocaine. Your GP will be in the best position to advise you on this and also to assess whether the anal bleeding needs looking into.
I hope you manage to get through to the doctor soon and get some advice on this.
