Hey, I've posted a few times and I know I sound obsessed, basically I found a tiny lump smaller than a grain of rice on top of my breast/chest area, I'm so scared,everyone keeps telling me it just looks like a spot and that it feels on top of the skin but to me it feels underneath the skin although it does move with my skin... I suffer with bad anxiety and I have booked in with the doctor for tomorrow where he said it's best he has a look. 
I had a mole removed on the breast the side this lump is, can you get inflamed lymph nodes in that area? I'm not too sure how it works I'm just curious, I know the only real way of knowing is for a gp to check but I can't help but feel anxious xx
