Had an x ray after a sudden numb and swollen knee , swelling went down numb skin stayed . Aching replaced swelling. Saw consultant he has put in for urgent mri after seeing a shadow at top of tibia . I'm 44 yr old female and i am freaking out .
I'm sorry to hear that you're waiting on an urgent MRI following the recent issue with your knee/leg. Has the hospital given you any indication of how long you may have to wait?
