Bleeding and blood clots in toilet bowl when I poo

Hi,

I'm getting a little bit concerned. I've been bleeding from my rectum for about 9 months and I've been to see the doctor 4/5 times so far. Every time I've been given cream for piles but it's not going away. Recently I've been noticing clots of blood and I have being feeling nausea.
The doctors are reluctant to give me any tests as I am only 19. Could anybody advise me on whether or not I should keep pushing for further testing and the possibilities of what is causing it?
Thank you!
