I know this has probably been spoken about several times before so I hope I'm not bothering anyone. 

I had a smear 2018 cin2 with hpv no treatment

Smear 2019 didn't check cells only hpv status now negative back to normal smear schedules

For the last few months now Jan 2020 iv had daily pelvic pressure, cervical pain irregular periods and bleeding on contact. I am a midwife and so out of interest for the pain felt my own cervix and could feel an unusual shaped lump. 

I booked a gp appt and she said she can see what I'm feeling. She reported it is mainly at the top but lips all the way around the cervix and goes inside. In her experience didn't appear like a cyst polyp or ectropian. It bled heavily on contact filling half the speculum. Iv not seen a speculum fill quite so much before and it alarmed me to say the least. 

Iv been reffered on the urgent 2 week wait now.

Has anyone else had a similar dialogue as in been told it was going all the way around and inside and if so what did it turn out to be? What would the likely course of treatment be.
