Feeling anxious

I first found a lump in May, was seen by breast team and told was 3cm P2 glandular tissue and I was discharged back to my GP. Towards the end of last year I noticed my breast was swollen, but my GP was not too concerned as I had had a clear mammogram and ultrasound only 6 months previously. I pushed for a referral and was seen in the clinic on Monday after COVID delays.

They have found a dominant 75mm lump and a second lump in my left breast and a further lump in my axillary as well as multiple other abnormal nodes around the collar bone. I had biopsies taken there and then and was told it was likely cancer. I've not yet had the biopsy results, but I have already had a bone scan, and I have a staging CT and a breast MRI booked in. I get the results on Wednesday. I am now really worried that it has spread and that I should have picked up on things sooner.

I'm trying to keep positive, but it is a huge worry.
