Hi I'm 32 and had my 3rd baby 9 months ago. (11,6 and 9months) my right breast has been tender/painful in one area for a few weeks now but a few days ago I'm sure I can feel a small oval shpe lump. Keep getting a strange feeling right where my arm meets my torso, not so much a pain but a wired feeling and that with the breast pain and limp it's driving me crazy!! I've been on google for days and truly wish I hadn't my period has been on and off for the last few months and what with my anxiety over COVID I don't know if that is all playing a part, but I'm really struggling to stay positive about it all.
