Lump in the breast

I have recently found a pea sized lump which is very hard in my right breast in the Nipple area. The colour of the Nipple on that side has changed too I feel like there is loads of pressure there and occasionally pain which comes in waves  

I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago so this is not down to periods I have an appointment to see my doctor on Monday but I can't settle as breast cancer runs in the family.

    You've totally done the right thing in making an appointment to see the doctor on Monday as they will be in the best position to advise you on this. I just wanted to wish you the best of luck for Monday and I am keeping everything crossed for you! 

    I hope you will hear from others here who have been in a similar position before and that they will be along shortly to share their experience with you.

    Thank you I am so scared it feels like loads of pressure or like something is there the breast is larger too nipple is changing colour every time I check myself it feels funny
