Hi guys, 

I have recently noticed some lumps in different areas of my body. One of them is on my shin bone and is fairly hard, the their three are at the back of my head, one in the middle-centre, a smaller one on the right side and a slightly bigger one on the left. Finally, on the left side of my neck there is a pea-sized lump there too.
 

Alongside of these lumps, I have also noticed that the lymph nodes under my chin are enlarged. Could this be linked and should I be worried about these lumps?
