Hi, firstly I do apologise if this sounds like nothing to worry about. I'm 27, and I'm having a little anxious moment over this. The very dull ache in my right testicle started a long time ago, but it wasn't bad enough to think anything would be wrong. Silly, I know. Should always get it checked. I'm talking maybe a year, or around 8 months.
Last night whilst examining before bed, I found a very small, painless white lump on the scrotum skin, on the right side, it is no bigger than half the size of my little fingernail. It's really small. Like a pimple, but white. No lumps or bumps elsewhere, and my testicles have not changed in size (naturally the right is a little larger than the left). The dull ache hasn't gotten any worse since it started, but the small white spot has worried me. I can squeeze it between my fingers as it's on the skin, and isn't attached to anything inside the sack. My groin / leg has also been aching for the few days.
I made the mistake of googling my symptoms and that's just sent me on a downward spiral.
I'm going to get a doctors appointment after Christmas just to be sure, but does this sound like it could just be a small cyst? I'm posting this at 4:59AM, that's how long I've been overthinking this.
Thank you for taking the time to read it and reply. Hope you all have a lovely Christmas.
