Hello, I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing something similar with waiting times at the moment - I know that everything is taking longer during these crazy covid times but is this normal?
I went to the GPs with a lump in my breast on October 23rd, the doc agreed that the lump needed further investigation and when she examined me she also found "other areas of concern" and I was given a 2-week urgent referral. That was 2 months ago!! Every time I phone the clinic to find out what is happening the waiting time has increased. The last time I phoned I was told it could be 3 months but as this was over Christmas it might be longer! Is this normal?
Thanks xx
