Abnormal polys in bowel

Hi I'm really frightened, been in hospital for a week now, had a endiscope yesterday and basically it has came up with abnormal polys got told they might be cancer just in a bad way.. Pain in tummy when eating losing weight, fatigue. Feel so sick when eating getting a ct scan soon..
