Hi

Im 18 and i recently started getting pain near my vagina when i walked so i decided to check it out in the mirror [i know it's weird] tosee if anything was there, and i noticed one side of the labia part looked more swollen [not the actual flap part, like after where it goes down] and i felt around and i felt a small lump underneath. It doesnt hurt, but when i walk sometimes it does. I know its not a bartholin cyst bc im not sexually active. Is it possible its cancer? Im really worried about it and i dont know what to do. If you could help i would really appreciate it.
