Small Lump inside vagina

Hi, 

i am 24, I am very embarrassed about things like this but I am a little worried. 
I have recently (about 2 days ago) found a small pea size lump on the inner on my vagina, not too far in, but on the inner - outside of that makes sense. It is painful (I would say a 6 out of 10) especially when wearing underwear and very   during intercourse. 
I really don't know what it is, i don't think it's a bartholins cyst as it says they aren't painful, but this really is. Ans I know it's not an ingrown hair. I know I should go doctors about it but they never have the space, especially at the moment with COVID.

    Keep pushing for an appointment, phone every day if you need to. I eventually got one online and the doctor phoned me up.

    I had been putting off phoning because of Covid but my symptoms didn't go away, (they have been steadily getting worse for months) so I eventually managed to get an econsult. 
    that was November 2nd, I think,

    23rd, I had a blood test, this week a CT scan, now booked for emergency MRI and gynae referral. So six weeks,give or take.

    My CT scan showed a mass, I'm waiting to see what it is. But if it had gone on longer and I hadn't got into the system, and it turned out worse, I would never forgive myself.

    It's 99% likely we will both be fine, but not knowing won't make it go away.
