Swollen lymph nodes.

Hi, 

I'm 56 male. I've had pain in front of both ears at top of jaw for a day or so. What I assume are my lymph nodes seem swollen to about the size of a large grape which is new. What with shortness of breath and tiredness for no reason, I was looking for a spot of guidance. I don't have any other aches, trauma or illness to speak of.

Any ideas?

    Thank you for posting. I see from your post that you are worried about some symptoms you have. The best thing to do is to go and see your doctor about these problems. When you are worried that you may have cancer, it can be tempting to look for answers online, but this can end up increasing anxiety rather than making you feel better. And the only person that can diagnose you is your doctor.
