Discovered lump in upper quadrant of right breast after some discomfort lying on my side. GP referred me to breast dr. Who confirmed lump and said it was 'suspicious' that he would be concerned. Waiting for mammogram/ultrasound and he said I would possibly need biopsy after these. Struggling to cope as he has said I will have no results until New Year. I'm 46 yrs with 4 school goin kids. Don't know how to get thru Xmas & New Year. Drs words have me so scared.
