Oncotype Dx test

Hi I have a question regarding the onkotype test. I went to get result of test but was told by oncologist that the test failed as the tissue sample was too small so I have no result to go by. Just wondering if anyone knows if this is something that happens? So confusing

    To be honest I'm not able to advise on this - hopefully by now you have found out more from your doctor/specialist, or will do so soon.
