Hi there I have bee  having a dull ache on my upper left side for ages it can sometimes spread to my back it's a real intese ache but does go away and then come back every so often some times I can do weeks with out symptoms the thing is I suffer from multiple fatty lumps on arms legs and on the back all under skin and egg shape dome shape I'm quite healthy workout but I do suffer from fatigue at times and woozy headed I've been to doctor and they seem to think its GERD but I'm not convinced and worried it's to do with the lumps thank you for taking your time to read this
