Pelvic ultrasound

Hi looking for some advice.
I have been having problems for nearly 2 years, severe abdominal bloating, extremely heavy periods and clotting been going to docs on and off I had an ultrasound a year ago vaginal and pelvic turned out to be cysts, I had another scan today but it was only pelvic is there a reason why they wouldn't do both?

I'm sorry to hear that you've been dealing with some ongoing health concerns.
Presumably the ultrasound technician was able to gain all the information that they needed by just doing an abdominal ultrasound but I'd suggest you get back in touch with your GP if you're feeling concerned about things.
