Hi, 

im new here and to be honest I feel a bit guilty even signing up because I could just be worried for nothing! 
 

I felt my neck last Friday and on the left side above the collarbone I noticed a swollen lymph node, I did have a look on google and obviously the first thing to come up was lymphoma but I know not to trust "dr google" so I decided to wait and see if it goes down within 2-4 weeks but I woke up this morning with a blocked left ear, without much pain. 
 

A bit of context, I'm 26, male and relatively healthy but I do smoke.  
 

I have been diagnosed with OCD and I'm now at a stage where I have good control over that but this has got me so worried, even when I try to be logical. 
 

I have booked a drs appointment over the phone for next Monday but my anxiety is through the roof and I feel so deflated, I already feel as if I have been diagnosed with the C word.  
 

has anyone had any similar experiences?
