So i have the copper coil , this is my second coil my first one ended up moving up and I had to get it surgically removed and another put in.....lots of talk of babies recently and not wanting any more children I decided to feel for my strings a few weeks ago  .  ...no strings to be felt and .....

worryingly I felt a hard small bump on one side of my cervix and a rough bumpy area on the other....

for the first time in my whole entire life I've got pretty strong back pain these last few weeks/month, I have no real reason for this no heavy lifting I work from home ect

My discharge has increased alot over the past 2 months or  more like lots !

my periods have always been heavy but this copper coil was meant to ease  that somewhat, which it kinda of did a while but we are back to heavy painful periods.

I spot bleed after sex now.

I get random days where i think my period is starting but it turns out it's just spotting

I'm kn$ckered all the time

No idea if this is relevant but my bladder gets a really uncomfortable full feeling which it never usually does ever ever 

 Also I've noticed when I'm on my period these last 3 periods (maybe more) it smells pretty strongly and my discharge can some days too- like 2 showers a day to make sure I'm fresh!

I have a call back from my gp today but I cant even remember the last time I had a smear maybe 2 years ago? I'm getting myself pretty panicked about the whole thing and just wondered if these were any warning signs for anyone on here ?
