Armpit lumps

Hi,

In 2018 found a peasize lump in left armpit... Dr said it was an axillary lump I forgot about it. Forward to Sept 2020 and stomach pain scan confirmed ovarian cyst blood test confirmed it was clear and just a cyst, ultrasound showed it had gone. So not I have these reoccurring lumps under left arm predominantly. Rung doctors everytime I felt a lump they are usually small and seem to go away.  I was booked in for an ultrasound on the lump on the left side but it had gone on the day. I've spoke to 2 different docs who don't seem n overly concerned. Now I have a lump in the opposite arm pit right side.. Its smooth, movable and marble sized tender to touch it apperead almost overnight. I also get these sore boils on both sides aswell that leave scarring when they've gone. Currently left side boil and right-side lump. In Aug this year I had a full blood count which was normal only B12 deficiency. What are your thoughts?
