Hi all, 

Since around March I've (31F) had a hard, bone like, immovable lump come up on the left side, towards the back of my skull.  I finally went to the drs today as it doesn't seem to be going away. Its mildly painful on and off, more like a tender feeling.

He's honestly scared the life out of me! He had said he wants to make sure its not a sarcoma and is sending me for an urgent xray.  He hasn't given me any idea of anything else it might be... I've obviously googled sarcoma and now I'm terrified. 

Could this be sarcoma only?! Is it likely this or more likely something less drastic?
