I was diagnosed with IBS a few years back. 
I have always experienced bloating as a part of it but it sually starts in the evening and by the next day my tummy is flat again.

i am trying dietary methods by cutting things out . It all happened last week suddenly where I became so bloated and was just persistent and till today has not gone. 

ive spoken to my GP who sent me for a blood test. Some of them came back fine but some are outstanding yet.

i have tried everything I normally try when I have a IBS flare up which normally helps me but this time around nothing has eased it and it feels much worse after I eat.

Ive read and heard stories about people being misdiagnosed with IBS when it can be something else. 
if the blood tests come back normal Im not sure what to do next if this doesn't subside. 

Has anyone else gone through this?
