I've kind of got the same. Hard lump behind ear..no other symptoms. From what I've read. Most people get the 2 week referral for any kind of lump that's been there a while so try to take some comfort in that, but easier said than done. 

I've had mine 3 weeks and I just don't get where its come from, and just keep thinking worse case scenario x

For me, I have no other symptoms but the appearing of the neck lumps, I’ll contact the GP after Christmas, but since I discovered the first lump/ swollen gland on my neck, now I have several more on the back and side of my neck area, they are small but not hard, and some of them can be painful when I press them, and obviously, I’ve been worrying and stressing myself much.
