It could still be a internal pile, try and stay positive as hard as it is. Trust me I know how you feel, it’s all you think about. Have they referred you for a colonoscopy?

I just received an NHS text message saying I'd had a positive result and a referral has been sent to investigate further. I originally thought internal piles but over the last 2 weeks I've had other issues which made me finally make an appointment. Now I'm convinced it's spread and I'm going to die just like my Dad

Don't panic. the chances of cancer are still very slim.

Thank you I wish I could relax the thing is I'm 48 overweight and my Dad suffered an horrific time, he had bowel peroration due to misdiagnoses. The GP said it was IBS he was 59 and passed away at 61. Ive just had some bloods taken and expecting the worse.
