Hi,

I have found a small pea sized lump in my neck, about an inch below my ear and nearer to the back of my neck in my hair. I am worried it could be something serious because it is immovable and hard. I have very bad anxiety and this is making me extremely anxious all the time I cannot even sleep, I am 19, could this be cancer?

I do currently have a blocked nose that has lasted for a while so I thought it could be a swollen lymph node from that, but apparently lymph nodes are moveable.
