Male Movable Mass Right Breast

Hi last Saturday I had my very first anxiety attack I have no idea how it happened as I wasn't stressed or fed up in anyway what's so ever I had my tea sat down then it all happened to me which I honestly thought was the end of my days I had numb arms, tingling hands, numb legs heart rate of 156 BPM and trouble controlling my breathing luckily hospital treated this as anxiety and my ECG and blood tests came back normal since though I've had a right horrible week I'm currently off sick due to stress, although I am clear minded I still feel a little fed up and needed the time off. Last few weeks my right breast has been pretty sore the first week was really painful and was noticeable when going up and downstairs over the week this got alot better and is still aching about a week now since my anxiety attack and I've had reduced feeling in my right arm, no chest pains and my fingers are tingling this doesn't last all day and some days I only get it for a few hours a day, unfortunately today it's been like this all day and now on the same side of my body my right leg feels numb until I walk on it, I have no health issues apart from being over weight which now I'm dieting since my attack.

I've read on the forum that a few female members have had this problem also but can't seem to find their diagnosis someone did say they were treated for inflamed breast tissue

I have the doctors phoning me tommorow but just looking for some advice now

Wanted to note I do have a little breast tissue

Thanks

  • Hello Chris34731

I'm sorry to hear that you've had some health concerns recently.

How did you get on with the GP yesterday? I do hope that they were able to give you some reassurance about things.

If you'd like to speak to one of our nurses about the lump you've mentioned then you're welcome to call them. They're available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on 0808 800 4040.

    Best wishes,

  • Hi due to covid it proved hard work to try and get a face to face doctor's appointment im having it checked Monday at 10.30am doctor seems to think the numbness from my elbow down maybe carpal tunnel as I have used a hammer drill for the last 8 years on my job the lamp I think I can feel is still sore when I mess with it just hoping it's normal and easily treatable like inflamed breast tissue

    Thanks for replying
