Thank you for reading. I am a 26 year old Female with no family history of any bowel cancers. For the past 7 months or so I have been experiencing blood everytime I use the toilet for a bowel movement. It is always bright red and painless. I am in no pain whatsoever, except for the occasional bloating. I am also having diarrhea at the beginning of a bowel movement then it will turn solid. I am also passing liquid/sometimes blood when passing wind, this is strange one as I can pass normal wind when lying/sitting down but when standing liquid will come out.( I thought hemorrhoids as that can affect your muscles) I finally found the courage to go to my GP who suspected hemorrhoids also, she prescribed Anusol with steroids i used for over a week and it made no difference.  I'm not going to the toilet for a bowel movement more than usual, just 1-2 times a day thats my normal. I often have to go just to release wind due to liquid coming out. I then went back to the GP who is now referring me to a gastro. Has anyone had these same symptoms? I'm going out my mind with worry, and could really use some reassurance. Like I say I'm in no pain, and the blood is bright red its just the diarrhea part thats making me think its something other than hemmeroids?
