Hello everyone, I have had this lump on the left hand side of my neck just above my Adams apple for a few year's now. I'm worried it's gotten bigger and don't know what to do. It doesn't hurt and stays in the same place but moves around when I put my finger on it. Should I be worried I'll be making an appointment to see my GP tomorrow but does anyone know what it could be. I'm really worried
