Lletz treatment and the future

Hi all, 

 

I had Lletz done on Wednesday eve, and I've had some bleeding and now the smelly part is happening!!.

 

I have to say my consultant was fab... However I'm worried what the outcome will be... Im moderate, so noone has said anything bad but I'm scared. 

 

Me and my partner wanted to start trying for a baby but obviously have to wait for this to all be sorted. 

 

I am finding it weird that i can't be sexual... And it's making me really conscious!!!

 

Just need a friendly chat or messge.. Am I the only one who feels like this

    I'm sorry to hear that you've needed some LLETZ treatment recently. Understandably lots of women feel anxious about waiting for their results and what this may mean. 

    There's lots of information about LLETZ and cervical changes available on the Jo's Trust website which you might find helpful. Alternatively if you'd like to chat with one of our nurses about your concerns then you're welcome to call them on 0808 800 4040 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm). 

    Hopefully you won't have to wait too long for your results.
