I noticed a white spot around 4 weeks ago on my tongue at the back left side I really have to stick my tongue out to see clearly, I have checked online and had a look to see if I can see tonsil stones but I can not I lost my smell 3 months ago but no Covid negative results and also took anti body test came back negative no Covid, booked an app to see doctor Monday but been googling it in the meantime and found some really scary stuff wanted to know if this is anything I can get help with I'm only 24 years old if you know what a mila spot is sometimes you get them on your face and you have to pop with a needle it looks a little bit like that but on my tongue no sore not tender but now is little red since I've been messing around investigating it please help anyone.
