I have, all of a sudden a small painful lump on my areola/nipple it is very tender to touch. Any help would be much appreciated thank you

Unfortunately there isn't too much we can do to advise on this - the only thing I would suggest is, if it remains an issue, then to give your doctor a call to see what they think. It is only really your doctor who can provide any answers on this.
