Breast lump side of breast, worried!

Just really emotional about a breast lump. I got referred a couple of weeks ago but they said because of covid I'm looking at at 6 weeks before I get seen. My anxiety is through the roof and I keep getting really down and fearing the worse. I have decided to book a private referral next week otherwise its too close to Christmas when I have appointment. Sometimes the lump is sore but not always, I'd say it's bigger than a pee. It's right side the back of breast near chest wall. I'm worried as I'm not sure how long I've had it. Last year I had a lower pole mastoplexy after I was wrongly told my breast implants were reputured when they weren't but my incision scars have been hurting last few months and I don't know if it's related. I felt the lump because I had a burning in my chest. Feel so low and I'm trying not be in front of the kids.

it was ok, I had a ultrasound in the end. I do still worry about breast lumps though and I hate checking literally makes me feel sick because I wonder if it's the same lump I've felt before or a new one. Not sure what it is though but every time I've had a check up the doctor treats me as if I'm wasting their time.
