Terrified cancer is back and terminal

Any advice please? Just wondering if anyone has had similar? I had DCIS high grade in 2011, treated with two excisions and radiotherapy. All mammograms clear since. So I was blaming my arm and shoulder twinge on old age, at 61, a possible garden strain. Couldn't decide if I had twinges under arm or down arm and started to get tingling hand. Also thought it could be working from home at a desk. But come breast cancer month I decided to check further. Takes ages to get an appointment at my GP, so a phone consult with a practitioner resulted in a blood test, which was clear. But my symptoms are getting worse, under arm feels swollen and pain also goes to between shoulder blades. I have no breast lumps. Finally got GP exam where she tested my chest and breathing too and have been given urgent appointment at hospital breast clinic on 9 December. The only things I can find online about my symptoms are either lymphoma, bone cancer or lung cancer - so I'm in a complete state. I've had anxiety over the years which has been well under control until now. Can DCIS high grade be in remission and then you suddenly get metastatic to bones etc? I didn't realise armpit and shoulder or arm pain were signs of cancer and feel cross with myself for not getting it checked sooner.
So sorry to go on. Itylike I'm shaking with dread. I live with my adult son and don't want to bother him and my daughter is 5 hours away.
is there hope or are my dreams for retirement in a few years doomed?
