Hi all ,looking for some advice ..I'm 39 ,been smoking since I was 10 ,last smear test done when I was 18 ,(I know I'm a fool ) ..trying hard to quit .

Anyway for the past year my periods have been hit and miss ,can go mths with nothing then will bleed for weeks ,last 2/3 mths they have been heavy and I seem to be bleeding every other day sometimes light . I can't get rid of the constant fullness in my lower tummy ,also have a nagging Pain in lower back ..I'm ringing the doctors today ..do you think I should worry or am I over reacting
