Hi everyone, 

over the past few weeks, I have been experiencing constipation, I have taken many laxatives which had made me go to the toilet but am still struggling and doesn't feel like a full evaluation. I am also experiencing lower back dull aching, not painful, also lower abdominal dull ache, like a full feeling. I've been eating fine, but this morning woke up and feel like a sick feeling. I'm only worried simply because I've read so many stories on people my age who have had similar symptoms and had cancer and just so worried, what if I do have cancer? I haven't noticed any blood in my stool or anything. I do suffer from anxiety and depression which I've not been taking my tablets for either, that could play a part? I've had blood tests before and everything came back normal but now it's started again.
