i am 18 and was wondering if my symptoms could be from cancer

they are blood and mucus in poo, some bloating and burping, some discomfort in stomach area with gurgling and a pulsating feeling in the belly

i also get some constipation and diarrhoea from time to time but nothing painful

there is no weight loss or tiredness, although there is some weight gain which is normal i think

i found out that some of these symptoms are from cancer but also other things such as inflammation bowel disease such as colitis

cancer of the colon is also not common at this age so it could be something less serious

the symptoms have been happening for a while, and i am waiting for my blood and stool results from the doctor

anyone else have the same symptoms?
