Awaiting diagnosis of possible pancreatic cancer

I had a recent attack of pancreatitis. I've just had a MRCP and the report says neoplasm not excluded and it has been sent to a regional centre for a MDT meeting. I am worried sick and so is my partner. I had the MRCP 18 days ago. We keep phoning the consultant's secretary but hear nothing back. Has this happened to others and any advice how we cope with this situations. We are crying and at our wit's end Oliver

Hi. I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in june but I had to wait a month for my results. I understand what a stressful time this must be for you, so I just wanted to wish you good luck with your results. I would keep trying to speak to your consultant and maybe your dr? Maybe they might know something or be able to contact the consultant for you. I hope you get some answers soon
