Hi,

I last posted on here in 2018 when I had a referral to the breast clinic for a lumpy area which turned out to be fine thankfully.

Here again as I found a lump a couple of days ago, saw a gp this morning who referred me to the breast clinic. She worried me as said the lump was "not mobile" so I think that is a worrying sign. I feel sick with worry. 

I've suffered from health anxiety all my life which I constantly fight! 
I can still remember the worry from the last time and I can't face it all again. I'm 53 and have 2 kids aged 10 and 13 . I feel numb and scared.
I am thinking about going private for the mammogram as although I can't afford it , as I'm worried covid will mean delays in getting seen.
