Hello, 

a couple days ago i saw a red spot-kind mark on my left breast and went to squeeze it but theres a shooting pain that goes through the area once squeezed so i left it. today its still there but when i press on it its like a bump under the skin. should i be concerned? i dont want to sound really dramatic but my Nan died from breast cancer and my mum is going through a different type but im still worried.
