Hi

i have recently found a lump on my right breast. 
 

was told i need an ultrasound and upon this was told its highly suspicious so sent for another ultrasound biopsy and mammogram. 
 

on that same day the consultant started talking about operations and treatment afterwards wethee it be chemotherapy /radiotherapy or hormone treatment. 
 

its all a bit of a blur. 
 

the consultant then left the room and a breast cancer nurse sat with me and i find that unusual she then proceeded to say we will just take one thing at a time. It looks like we have caught it early on and you may only need tablets after surgery. 
 

does this mean i have cancer? I am confused.
