Hey guys and Girls, 

Feeling slightly alone at the moment because I don't want to worry my family and partner.

Recent had an octreotide scan witch showed physical uptake in my bowel and also my pancreas isn't working as it should. Gastro doctor is putting me in for an emergency colonoscopy on Monday next week. Fingers crossed its nothing bad but has anyone ever heard of a physical uptake? I'm only concerned because the octreotide scan is mainly to show any signs of carcinoid tumours etc.
