Hi,

new to here but wondered if anyone had had symptoms which included a lump in the lower abdomen? 

I have had many varied symptoms over a number of years some of the enduring ones are hotflashes, fatigue too many to list really. There is a query about if I was heading for hypothyroidism. Been back and forth to the GP and discharged from rhemuatology 3 times. Also mild COPD even though not a smoker. 

Latest symptoms are swelling around thyroid area which a scan revealed looked 'patchy' but did not warrent treatment.

Following on from this in recent months weird smell to urine which showed a small amount of blood when tested for which I was given antibiotics.  I'm most worried about a new lump (about 1 ich x 3 inches) at the front of my lower andomen (i'm assuming this is over the bladder area) which can be felt when pressing lightly over that area. It feels rock hard and for which I have an ultrasound coming up in a couple of weeks. They think it could be a fibroid but I'm worried it is something more.

The GPs do not seem to know where to go with my differnt symptoms and are waiting for something to become worse it seems.
