Hi, I'm currently 28 weeks and I've just been to see my doctor as there were a few moles on my body that I was concerned about and wanted checking. Whilst there he said he was happy about all of the ones I was concerned about but he noticed one on my belly and said "I'm really not happy about this one, I will give you an emergency referral for within 2 weeks to have it checked by a dermatologist"

I am now freaking out. I've been Googling and it says that a biopsy will be done and if needed then a full removal. My worry is that it is on the belly. Will this process harm the baby? And if they were to remove, surely the skin won't heal as it's stretching from growth? What other options do I have? And im really freaking out if I'm told it's cancer! Where does that leave me with the baby being so far away from due date.

not sure how to take my mind off this until this appointment :-(
