I have had a lump growing on my lower right back ok the back of my hip area. it is now around the size of a walnut I have just booked a GP appointment but obviously it's a bit difficult at the moment because of corona but I have a phone call appointment and then if they want to inspect the lump in person they can.

My back pain has been constant for a few weeks now it's aching a lot and causing a pain I can't really explain nor have I ever felt before it also causes discomfort when i lay on my right side in bed.
i have recently lost 3 stone in the last year and before then I had never noticed it I felt it for the first time around 3 months ago now and it has doubled in size and I'm worried as I am only 15 and have a cancer gene that runs in my family I know it's most likely not cancer but the fear is still there as I have lost more than half of my relatives to cancer :( 

I haven't had any accidents or injuries to that area either but if anyone else has a similar situation or could know what it is I would greatly appreciate it ️
