Hi, I've just had a scan that shows a pea sized calcified lump just below the surface and more to the side of the left butt cheek. Since first reporting, it feels like it's grown a little, it's very hard and now feels quite tender/sore when touched. Can I ask please, if this is anything to be concerned about? Thank you.
