Has anyone else had similar smear test results?

I just got my smear results back- during Covid times I have become routine at checking up on any test results.  and they came back as : 

high grade dyskaryosis present with features which would raise the possibility of invasive carcinoma

also notes on my test stated: 

High risk HPV detected, high grade dyskaryosis present, raised possibility of invasive carcinoma

My GP didn't call, I haven't received a letter.  However i did some digging in my patient file and found out I have been referred to a Colposcopy Dept

Has anyone received results like this? Can anyone tell me what it means?  MY GP said they didn't have time to talk... so I am left w/ google...

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. I can understand this must be a little unsettling and I'm sorry you haven't been able to speak to your doctor about this. There is some information on our website here about screening results, and also what to expect with the colposcopy.

    I know this is an old post but it's the only one I can find with the exact same wording on their smear results so I'm hoping you see this and can tell me what it means and your experience please? I would be very grateful xx
