Hi, I hope I am not bothering anyone here.

I am just worried. I am on a minipill, and have been for 2 years, never really dealt with any symptoms and if I had any, they went away very quickly. However, i have been having excruciating breast pain in my left breast in 2 specific spots, so much so I can't even touch it or move or lay on that side. I have not managed to check my breast yet as the pain is so bad when I touch it.
My breast does hold itself slightly differently than before and is a little swollen (it goes down but can sometimes swell again).

Should I be worried? I am very confused and in so much pain. I don't think it is mastitis as I am not pregnant or breastfeeding. I also do not think it is hormones as I have never dealt with this in such a specific place.
