Hi I'm not really sure if this is the right place to post, I'm just looking some advice I know no one is able to diagnose me through the internet, but I've became really concerned with my health recently and the anxiety is so bad but I don't want to speak to family or friends because I don't want to seem like a hypochondriac. So for the past 6 months if not longer I've had this pressure in my chest, like something is sitting on it pressing down that gets worse when laying down. It's also like I can't get a full breath in. I've also had a small dry cough for a number of months too which my dr gave me an inhaler for and it made no difference. I'm constantly fatigued and in a lot of pain like aching all over but I've been suffering with this for years so I just put it off as normal for me, however recently the pain in my upper back in unbearable to the point I can't get a full nights sleep and can't ever find a comfortable way to lay. More recently within the past two months I've got this itchiness that is all over my body that also gets worse at nighttime and keeps me awake at times, I put this down to having extremely dry skin something that I've also had from a kid however I've never had a constant itch like this. I've been Googling it to see what I can do about it and came across lymphoma which I'd never heard of before and now I'm concerned that I could potentially have this although I don't have any swollen nodes that I can see however I do often get swollen tonsils, Ive been speaking to my dr a few times but I often feel like I'm being dismissed but finally my dr has agreed to send me for a chest X-ray and bloods. I've seen that sometimes bloods come back normal even when someone has lymphoma, I'm wondering if X-rays can detect it? And is it possible to have it without swollen lymph nodes?
